HOMESCHOOL ENRICHMENT: GRADES K-3

We offer Homeschool Enrichment for grades Kindergarten through 3rd. If you're looking to build community and offer a social outlet for your homeschooler, along with academic enrichment; this is the program for you. Our homeschool students may attend for 1 or 2 days each week.

AFTER SCHOOL CLUBS

Three times per week, students have the opportunity to join a 40 minute after-school club for an additional fee. Our lineup for after-school clubs in 2025-26 is still in the works. Check back for more info in May!

CONSIDERATIONS FOR ENROLLMENT

Our school thrives to create a strong home-to-school connection. This contributes to a feeling of community and connectedness throughout the program. As a result, we seek out students whose caregivers are interested and able to be active participants in their schooling journey.

All are welcome at The Sunflower School. We are a diverse community of families from myriad religions, nationalities, races, sexual orientations, and socio-economic statuses. It is our mission to fill our roster with welcoming, compassionate caregivers and students who embrace such diversity.

All students must be fully independent with toileting and dressing skills and show general readiness to participate productively in a school setting.

The State of Texas requires that all children participating in school/childcare must be up-do-date with their regular childhood immunizations. The Sunflower School supports this requirement - we believe that vaccines save lives. Families who have obtained a Vaccine Exemption for medical reasons, religious beliefs or reasons of conscience must submit their Exemption Form at the time of application. Applications for unvaccinated/under-vaccinated students not accompanied by said Exemption Form will not be considered.
